Since premiumsocialmarketing.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue any full refunds 14 days after purchase for regular (non-subscription) packages. We do offer partial refunds. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

We do realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we supply.

Regular Package Refund Policy for Instagram & Twitter Services:

We do honor requests for the refund for Regular (Non-Subscription) Packages before 14 days of your initial purchase on the following reasons:

  1. Non-delivery of the product: in some cases the view update times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your campaigns to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance.
  2. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 3 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
  3. Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.
  4. If a customer purchases one of the packages for a company or a business and after a few month they go out of business, Premium Social Marketing will offer partial refund. Additional documentation may be required.

Partial Refunds for Regular (Non-Subscription) Packages after 14 days:

  1. We will offer partial refund after 14 days of your initial purchase in the case that we are unable to deliver or present you with the results you paid for. The way partial refund works is that you get refunded for the amount of followers, likes or comments that were not provided towards your account. A difference is calculated with the results that were already provided.
  2. We offer a 14 day partial money back guarantee for our Regular Packages. Partial money back guarantee means that if for an example a 7 days package is purchased & we receive a request for a refund 6 days after the start of service, we have the right to refuse that refund or refund the amount for the remaining 1 day. Same applies for all of our Regular services.

Subscription Package Refund Policy:

  1. Subscription Packages are charged monthly for a period of time that you’ve selected. Same applies for custom subscription packages.
  2. You may cancel your subscription package at any time, however, if in the future you will wish to use our services again, you will be charged 50% or $450 Penalty Fee (which ever is bigger) for your remaining balance of your previously cancelled package. If your remaining balance is less than $450, then that amount will be the Penalty Fee.
  3. If a customer purchases one of the packages for a company or a business and after a few month they go out of business, Premium Social Marketing will cancel ongoing subscription with no fees or penalties. Additional documentation may be required.

We reserve the right to cancel & suspend the service that you have chosen, if we have any reason to believe that you are using third party services simultaneously with ours, which is prohibited by Premium Social Marketing. If that is to happen, we will not offer you full refund & you will be charged a penalty Fee of 50% or $450 (which ever is bigger) from the total amount of your Regular Package or a penalty Fee of 50% or $450 (which ever is bigger) from your remaining Subscription Package if you choose to use our services any time in the future. You may also be banned from the use of our site. You have the right to appeal our decision by contacting our support team with your Order Number at contact@premiumsocialmarketing.com

Complaints which are based merely on the customer”s false expectations or wishes are not honored, because Premium Social Marketing does offer Free Trial and strongly suggests that all future clients sign up for it before making any purchases or signing up for a subscription.
