By using Premium Social Marketing, you automatically agree to these Terms, so you should first read them carefully. If you don’t wish to accept all Terms then please don’t use our service.

Premium Social Marketing is not affiliated with Instagram, Twitter, Google, Bing, Yahoo.

  • 1. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to.
  • 2. When purchasing any package you understand that we will be managing your Instagram or Twitter Account(s) until the promised results are reached, not for the time that is highlighted. Time that each package has is only and estimate, nothing else. It’s the time period within which we estimate you will received the estimated results, however if those results are reached before that time, we will stop servicing you until another package is purchased.
  • 3. You use Premium Social Marketing at your own risk.
  • 4. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences.
  • 5. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
  • 6. We require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Instagram API.
  • 7. We don’t store, give away, or otherwise distribute your password to any third parties.
  • 8. The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is guaranteed. The time frame in which you will acquire all results, all depend on the quality and interestingness of your content.
  • 9. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake & inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services.
  • 10. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
  • 11. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or through your bank, credit card or debit card provider.
  • 12. Time is counting down only when your Activity is started. Ones you purchase one of our services you will receive an email, informing you that we have started working on your order.
  • 13. We offer a 14 day partial money back guarantee. Partial money back guarantee means that if for an example a 7 day package is purchased & we receive a request for a refund 6 days after the start of service, we will refund the amount for the remaining 1 day. Same applies for all of our services.
  • 14. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  • 15. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
  • 16. We reserve the right to suspend your service if we have any reason to believe that you are using a third-party companies for the same service that we provide or if you’re purchasing likes, followers and comments from a third-party, as it is not allowed by Premium Social Marketing and we will be incurring NO liability for doing so.
  • 17. Addition to Section 16. We reserve the right to cancel & suspend the service that you have chosen, if we have any reason to believe that you are using third party services simultaneously with ours, which is prohibited by Premium Social Marketing. If that is to happen, we will not offer you full refund & you will be charged a penalty Fee of 50% or $450 (which ever is bigger) from the total amount of your Regular Package or a penalty Fee of 50% or $450 (which ever is bigger) from your remaining Subscription Package if you choose to use us again in the future. You may also be banned from the use of our site. You have the right to appeal our decision by contacting our support team with your Order Number at contact@premiumsocialmarketing.com
  • 18. All services are performed in the same manner. We provide our clients Real & Human Instagram & Twitter Followers, Likes, Comments & General interaction with your account through user interaction. User interaction means that we use your Instagram or Twitter Account(s) to communicate directly with other users on Instagram or Twitter by commenting on their posts, following them & liking their posts through your account.

  • 19. Premium Social Marketing does use automated services for Instagram from our partners, which will account for an average of 25% of our client’s total newly gained follower base. This is done because Premium Social Marketing does not operate 24/7, meanwhile our client’s account needs to be ‘active’ 24/7 in order for it to be ‘Instagram Safe’ and in order to raise the limit of actions allowed by Instagram on our client’s account. Premium Social Marketing does use automated services for Twitter from our partners, which will account for an average of 100% of our clients total newly gained follower base & other interactions.

Subscriptions/Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions

  • 20. Subscription Package is charged monthly & is available for Instagram Management. It will be charged from your credit card, PayPal or bank account for a selected period of time that you’ve selected. It will automatically stop after the package time has ended.
  • 21. Cancellation for Subscription Packages is available. Read more at Delivery & Refunds.
  • 22. It’s our customer’s primary responsibility to update their payment methods if necessary by contacting Premium Social Marketing. If a customer fails to update their payment method and their payment is declined at the time it’s due, they will be prompted to update their payment method within 24 hours of it’s original due date. If the customer fails to update their payment method within that time frame, their subscription and their service(s) will be cancelled and all if any offers will be withdrawn. If the customer decides to update their payment method after 24 hours of the original payment due date, he or she will have to subscribe to a new service package or renegotiate a custom offer.
